March 2018
Branding, Design, Digital Assets, Social Media Assets
This project was putting together marketing assets for Kitty Bungalow’s Catstravaganza event – their number one money maker for donations for the non profit cat rescue. The event had a raffle of prizes and sold tickets to a play that local celebrities acted in to help raise awareness. From billboards, digital advertisements, posters, social media assets and store merchandising, I helped the team with all of their design assets needed for the event.
I created the poster for the event, Catstravaganza a yearly event where Kitty Bungalow makes most of their donations each year. These posters were placed around Los Angeles to promote the event – this one was place outside of the venue so the celebrities who were donating their time to this event could get their pictures taken on the red carpet to help promote the Kitty Bungalow Foundation after the event.
To help promote the event, celebrities went on Local News Channels and other TV specials where they needed visual assets, billboards were also designed and dispersed around the Hollywood area. Here are some of the assets I created for those promotional opportunities.
Depending on the different locations that were willing to help promote the event Kitty Bungalow needed me to create these poster sizes containing certain information. As more companies were willing to donate to the event the posters also grew in designs. Solid Gold was always a main contributor but companies such as Lime Crime, Fizzion and Michelson Found Animals were added to help support the event.
Since Solid Gold was the main contributor for the Kitty Bungalow Catstravaganza Event I was asked to create a branded Standee event that they could use to display their food on while also promoting the event. Two different sizes were created depending on their locations both containing the event info on the bottom half with a cut out Hamilton Cat holding a pamphlet holder filled with the flyers I created to promote the event.
Digital assets were needed to help promote the event to I created different sizes and information based on their placement on websites or emails. They spent a small amount on ad buys and teamed up with the local news and magazines to promote the event.
Part of the ongoing promotional push was to promote the event to the followers of Kitty Bungalow on Instagram and Facebook. I worked with the social media and marketing department to create the assets for the event. These are some examples of the many designs I created.
